efforts and lease-up. To date, we have exceeded lease-up
goals.
Investment Analysis &
Market Feasibility:
The proposed community included cottages, congregate and
assisted living apartments, and Alzheimer's/Dementia special care
facility. Total estimated asset value of $22 million up
completion. Increased asset value by $4 million.
Analysis and financing:
$4.5 million investment
analysis for construction and sale/leaseback financing for a 50 unit
Alzheimer's facility.
Investment and market analysis:
$55 million
investment analysis and market analysis. Advised to
reposition property. Provided advice on equity and debt
financing. Recommendations, when completed, created an
additional value of $10 million.
