CDRA is qualified to provide investment advising for acuistion and disposition market and financial feasibility studies, operational review, operational oversite, debt/equity financing and have acted as an expert witness.  Below is a selected sample of services that we have provided.

Advising on Disposition:  226 unit/bed CCRC.

Expert witness research and testimony for $20+ million dollar lawsuit.

Asset Management:  179-bed skilled nursing facility.

Operational oversite:  179-bed skilled nursing facility.

Asset Management:  110 assisted living units and 320 beds of ICF and SNF in a single portfolio as part of a turn around aquisition.  Total asset value of $24 million at aquistion.

Operational Management:  157 assisted living units.  A 45 unit assisted living facility included pre-marketing efforts and lease-up.  To date, we have exceeded lease-up goals.

Investment Analysis & Market Feasibility:  The proposed community included cottages, congregate and assisted living apartments, and Alzheimer's/Dementia special care facility.  Total estimated asset value of $22 million up completion.  Increased asset value by $4 million.

Analysis and financing:  $4.5 million investment analysis for construction and sale/leaseback financing for a 50 unit Alzheimer's facility.

Investment and market analysis:  $55 million investment analysis and market analysis.  Advised to reposition property.  Provided advice on equity and debt financing.  Recommendations, when completed, created an additional value of $10 million.

Investment Program:  $30 million sale/leaseback program for financing of assisted living properties.
