Senior housing is a specialized field within the real estate and investment industries.  To meet the unique requirements of this field, CDRA has assembled a team with over 40 years of combined experience in the senior housing, real estate, intstituional investment industries, finance and construction/asset management.  Each member brings a different perspective to the table to serve a single purpose -- client satisfaction.

Because of our fiduciary role, we operate from a strict code of professional ethics.  We believe in maintaining the integrity of our staff and our work products.  We place a high value on respecting tradition, fostering innovation, and building our reputation for industry excellence.
